Please indicate which blend we have recommended in notes when ordering.

Each pack contains 10 uses. 2 tablespoons per steam. Please never use more than the suggested amount.

Herb/ Steam Preparation:

Place 2 tablespoons of your herb blend into the pot, cover with the lid and boil for 10 minutes. Turn the heat to low, take off the lid and let stand for 5 minutes before steaming. ALWAYS check the temperature before using!!
